MULTIPLY Tour 2014

Friday 3rd January, 2014

Key strategies for church revitalization and growth are disciple, leader, and group multiplication. I want to help you and your church MULTIPLY. MULTIPLY will focus on (1) a strategy for addressing the leadership vacuum in many of our churches, (2) actions for enlisting a key leadership team in adult classes and groups, and (3) steps for launching new classes/groups successfully. Bring your Sunday School team!

Here are some ways new leaders and groups can help your churches:

  • more leaders are needed in order to reach, disciple, and care for more people
  • new classes usually grow to 20 in enrollment and 10 in attendance in 12-18 months
  • Ed Stetzer reports that usually 3 lost people are involved in new classes
  • more than half of the lost people in classes are getting saved in twelve months
  • people involved in Sunday School are more than 5 times more likely to still be involved in church 5 years later
  • new classes increase mission and ministry as well as Kingdom giving
DETAILS:  MULTIPLY events will combine training and Sunday School team planning. Here are the details:
